From medical and personal care to employment, independent living, and social recreation, our person-centered programs are designed to build independence, confidence, and meaningful connection. Whatever your needs, you’ve found a community that respects and celebrates every individual’s unique journey.

Do-It Leisure

Do-It Leisure is a person-centered program that promotes independence, community inclusion, and meaningful relationships through independent living skills, social recreation, and community-based activities. Designed to meet participants where they are, the program offers community outings, dances, workshops, events, out-of-town trips, and other recreational opportunities that build daily living skills, self-advocacy, social connections, confidence, and personal growth while encouraging active participation in community life.

Mosaic Program

Mosaic is a medical model adult day program designed to support individuals with medical and personal care needs, including motor skills development, medication assistance, and mealtime support. A licensed nurse and highly trained staff provide individualized care while offering meaningful activities that promote engagement, independence, and an enhanced quality of life.

Nexus Program

Nexus is a community-based adult day program designed to help individuals build confidence, increase independence, develop practical life skills, and support their overall health and wellness. Individuals may attend for up to six hours per day and take part in community outings and center-based activities, including functional academics, educational support, money management, and other activities based on their individual interests and goals.

Transportation

A fundamental division of WTC is its transportation department. A dedicated team including a certified mechanic focuses on securing and maintaining vehicles to safely transport our ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients to and from programs, taking groups to events or community outings, or ensuring our trucks and vans are dependable for Inside Out Landscaping & Janitorial.

Community Employment Services

Community Employment Services empower individuals with developmental disabilities to discover their strengths, build valuable job skills, and achieve meaningful employment. Through personalized job development, job coaching, paid internships, vocational assessments, and ongoing workplace support, we partner with local employers to create opportunities for success.

Group Social Recreation (GSR)

Building Friendships. Creating Connections. Living Life.

Our Group Social Recreation (GSR) program provides meaningful opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities to build friendships, develop social skills, and actively participate in their communities. Through small group activities, participants enjoy recreation, community events, volunteer opportunities, leisure activities, and social experiences that encourage confidence, self-advocacy, and greater independence. Every activity is person-centered, promoting inclusion, natural supports, and lasting community connections.

Independent Living Skills (ILS)

Our Independent Living Skills (ILS) program provides individualized, one-on-one training designed to help adults develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Training is tailored to each person’s goals and may include cooking, budgeting, home management, personal health and hygiene, communication, community safety, transportation, problem-solving, and community integration. Whether preparing for independent living or maintaining current independence, our experienced staff provide personalized support every step of the way.
